Using the latest CAD/CAM technology in combination with a 7 axis robot carver, Ortho Europe provides high quality and accurate carvings for the production of tailored prostheses, orthoses and specialist seating. Using a range of different densities and fully integrated with OMEGA® software, the carving service is efficient, reliable and cost-effective.

• Carvings can be produced from any .STL, .AOL, .AOP, .AK or .BK file
• Specialised 7-axis carver robot reduces the cost and time involved with manual plaster casts. Overall time for creation of the final model is significantly reduced compared to the traditional procedure
• Specific tools can be chosen for a diverse range of requirements. The carver is engineered to work with different types of tools depending on the materials to be carved, allowing for both manual and automatic tool change
• The system carves polyurethane, from 50 to 250 kg/m3 density, as well as other materials like plaster, resin, plastic, and soft foam
• Same day or next day dispatch available:
  • Orders received before 12 noon Monday-Thursday and before 10am Friday will be dispatched same day
  • All orders received after these cut-off times will be dispatched next day
