Ultimate Knee ®

The established Ultimate knee remains a firm favourite for many amputees. Its weight activated hydraulics operate in a similar way to the more recent Sensor design and engineering improvements since its introduction ensure a reliable product for the potentially active and the established high activity user.

The knee frame is of aerospace quality aluminum. The hydraulic
cylinder is machined from titanium. Both materials provide the lightest possible construction while maintaining greatest possible strength.

The Discontinuous Cosmesis is specifically designed for the Ultimate Knee. This permits the amputee to easily adjust the hydraulic knee settings if required whilst ensuring that there is no interference from a full foam cover on the controls.
